My favorite property in Pigeon Forge. The breakfast offered a wide range of food and was warm. Very comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area and an electronic key card in the room.

Incredible hotel with good breakfasts and updated rooms, that's what we loved. Everything was great, though a few employees were absolutely rude.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Pigeon Forge, had much fun and met affable staff who worked first shift. The hotel room was updated with the huge bathtub.

Everything was good, this hotel had non-smoking rooms and its breakfast was satisfactory. Every staff member was lovely and really helpful.

Wanted to explore Pigeon Forge and this hotel was interesting place for doing it. Location: the property was short walk to the river as well as restaurants.

This is a clean, cozy hotel. There is a lot of facilities in the room like : a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area and a stone fireplace.

Everything was great, I would recomand. Location was exceptionally nice and the hotel in general was lovely, I loved it. Plus I reached Pigeon Forge Gem Mine Mining Company in 10 minutes by foot. They made my stay decent. The breakfast was savoury, had plenty of food like meats, slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, cookies and eggs. Exemplary customer care too.

Room was fancy, the bed was really comfy, breakfast was consistently good. Employees were so polite and kept it all so clean. We had a very pleasant 6 nights stay.

I had a great stay at this good budget hotel. It was clean place, staff were wonderful, and I loved my unique room. Delightful view, a large balcony, fine bed, too. Reasonably large separate bathroom. They had an early check-in too. Super location to the titanic museum.

We stayed 1 night and enjoyed the good location. Large room. Easy walk to geno's pizza & subs, where you can have lunch.

We only stayed 6 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad we chose this FAMILY hotel. Within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy. The bed was uncomfortable.
